- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspfresh lemon juice
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced

- 1 tspcumin
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 1/2 tspblack pepper
- 1/4 cupfresh cilantro, chopped
- 8corn tortillas
- 1 cupcabbage, shredded
- 1/2avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cupsour cream
- 1lime, cut into wedges

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to create the marinade.

Add the 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.

Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and discard skewers.

Warm the 8 corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

To assemble the tacos, place a handful of 1 cup shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by a portion of grilled shrimp. Top with slices of 1/2 avocado and a drizzle of 1/4 cup sour cream. Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
