ByteRecipes Affiliate Terms
Program participation
Affiliates may share ByteRecipes links, creator pages, campaign links, and approved promo codes. Affiliate participation is tied to an active ByteRecipes account and may be reviewed for program fit, compliance, and abuse risk.
Required disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when someone subscribes through their link. Disclosures must be visible near the affiliate link or recommendation and must follow the rules of each platform where the link is shared.
Commissions and payouts
Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission for 12 months. Commissions are based on actual collected revenue, become available after a 30-day pending period, and are paid monthly when the available balance is at least $25.
Adjustments and reversals
Refunded, disputed, voided, or reversed payments can reverse unpaid commissions. Canceled subscriptions stop future commissions. Plan upgrades or downgrades affect future commissions based on the collected invoice amount.
Prohibited marketing
Prohibited methods include spam, misleading claims, impersonation, confusing or abusive slugs, undisclosed affiliate links, prohibited paid-search bidding, fraudulent self-referrals, and activity that violates applicable platform rules or law.
Enforcement
ByteRecipes may suspend affiliates, revoke or change slugs, void commissions, block payouts, and terminate participation for abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
Disclosure example: "This page may contain a ByteRecipes affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you subscribe."
