Ingredients

- (8 oz) rotini pasta
- (2) chicken breasts
- (4 cups) chopped romaine lettuce
- (1/2 cups) Caesar dressing
- (1/4 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
- (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1) lemon, juiced
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 cups) croutons

Cook the (8 oz) rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

While the pasta cooks, season the (2) chicken breasts with (1/4 tsp) black pepper and (1/4 tsp) garlic powder.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
