- (2) cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- (1) ripe avocado
- (1/4 cups) plain Greek yogurt
- (1/4 cups) mayonnaise
- (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) onion powder
- (1/4 tsp) paprika
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (8 slices) of whole grain bread
- (1 cup) mixed greens
- (1) tomato, sliced
- (1/4 cups) red onion, thinly sliced

In a mixing bowl, combine the (2) shredded chicken breasts and (1) ripe avocado. Mash the avocado with a fork until combined with the chicken.

Add (1/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt, (1/4 cup) mayonnaise, (1 tbsp) lemon juice, and (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard to the chicken and avocado mixture. Stir until well combined.

Season the mixture with (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) onion powder, (1/4 tsp) paprika, (1/4 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.

Toast the (8) slices of whole grain bread if desired for extra crunch.

Spread a generous portion of the chicken avocado salad onto (4) slices of bread. Top with a handful of mixed greens, a few slices of (1) tomato, and some (1/4 cup) thinly sliced red onion.
