  • (1) medium avocado
  • (1) medium banana
  • (1 cup) spinach leaves
  • (1/2 cups) cucumber, chopped
  • (1/2 cups) Greek yogurt
  • (1 cup) almond milk
  • (1 tbsp) honey (optional)
  • (1/4 cups) rolled oats
  • (1/4 cups) granola
  • (2 tbsp) chia seeds
  • (1/4 cups) mixed nuts, chopped

Instructions

    In a blender, combine the (1) medium avocado, (1) medium banana, (1 cup) spinach leaves, (1/2 cup) cucumber, (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt, and (1 cup) almond milk.
