- (1 cup) spinach leaves
- (1/2 cups) cucumber, chopped
- (1/2 cups) Greek yogurt
- (1 cup) almond milk
- (1 tbsp) honey (optional)
- (1/4 cups) rolled oats
- (1/4 cups) granola
- (2 tbsp) chia seeds
- (1/4 cups) mixed nuts, chopped
