- (1) ripe banana
- (1/2) avocado
- (1 cup) fresh spinach leaves
- (1/2 cups) cucumber, chopped
- (1/2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
- (1/2 cups) Greek yogurt
- (1/4 cups) rolled oats
- (1 tbsp) honey
- (1/2) lemon, juiced
- (1/4 cups) ice cubes

In a blender, combine the (1) ripe banana and (1 /2) avocado.

Add in the (1 cup) fresh spinach leaves and (1/2 cup) cucumber, chopped.

Pour in (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk and (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt.
