Ingredients

- (1 cup) rolled oats
- (1 cup) almond milk
- (2 tbsp) chia seeds
- (1/4 cups) maple syrup
- (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
- (1/2 cups) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- (2 tbsp) almond butter (optional)
- (1 tbsp) hemp seeds (optional)

In a medium bowl, combine (1) cup rolled oats, (1) cup almond milk, and (2) tbsp chia seeds.

Stir in (1 /4) cup maple syrup and (1 /2) tsp vanilla extract until well mixed.

Fold in (1 /2) cup mixed berries gently to incorporate them into the mixture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual jars with lids.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
