Colorful Teriyaki Vegetable Stir-Fry in a pan

  • (1 cup) broccoli florets
  • (1 cup) bell pepper, sliced
  • (1 cup) carrot, julienned
  • (1 cup) snap peas
  • (1 cup) mushrooms, sliced
  • (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • (2 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1 tbsp) ginger, grated
  • (1/4 cups) teriyaki sauce
  • (2 tbsp) sesame seeds
  • (4) green onions, sliced

Instructions

    Heat (2 tbsp) vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

    Add the (2 cloves) garlic and (1 tbsp) ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add (1 cup) broccoli florets, (1 cup) bell pepper, (1 cup) carrot, (1 cup) snap peas, and (1 cup) mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

    Pour in (1/4 cup) teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
