- (2) chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- (2 cups) broccoli florets
- (1) red bell pepper, sliced
- (1) carrot, julienned
- (3 tbsp) soy sauce
- (2 tbsp) honey
- (1 tbsp) rice vinegar
- (1 tbsp) sesame oil
- (2 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, grated
- (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
- (2 tbsp) sesame seeds, for garnish
- (2 cups) cooked rice, for serving

In a large bowl, combine (3 tbsp) soy sauce, (2 tbsp) honey, (1 tbsp) rice vinegar, (1 tbsp) sesame oil, (2 cloves) garlic, and (1 tbsp) ginger. Mix well to create the teriyaki sauce.

Add (2) sliced chicken breasts to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat (2 tbsp) vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken (including the sauce) and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add (2 cups) broccoli florets, (1) sliced red bell pepper, and (1) julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Remove from heat and sprinkle (2 tbsp) sesame seeds over the stir-fry. Toss everything to combine.
