  • (1) medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • (1) medium ripe banana, sliced
  • (1/2 cups) plain Greek yogurt
  • (1 cup) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • (1/2 cups) frozen peas
  • (1 tablespoon) honey (optional)
  • (1/4 cups) granola
  • (1/4 cups) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • (2 tablespoons) chia seeds

Instructions

    In a blender, combine 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped), 1 medium ripe banana (sliced), 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup frozen peas.
