- (1) medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- (1) medium ripe banana, sliced
- (1/2 cups) plain Greek yogurt
- (1 cup) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- (1/2 cups) frozen peas
- (1 tablespoon) honey (optional)
- (1/4 cups) granola
- (1/4 cups) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- (2 tablespoons) chia seeds

In a blender, combine 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped), 1 medium ripe banana (sliced), 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup frozen peas.

Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and add 1 tablespoon honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor; blend again to combine.
