- (4 slices) whole grain bread
- (1 cup) hummus
- (1) medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/2 cups) radishes, thinly sliced
- (1/4 cups) fresh parsley, chopped
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1 teaspoon) lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Toast 4 slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Salt, to taste.
