- (1/4 cups) granulated sugar
- (1/2 cups) unsalted butter, melted
- (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- (1/2 cups) granulated sugar
- (2) large eggs
- (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- (1 cup) fresh strawberries, diced
- (1/4 cups) strawberry jam

In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup granulated sugar.

Pour in 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter and mix until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in 1 cup diced strawberries and 1/4 cup strawberry jam into the cream cheese mixture.
