Ingredients

- (1 cup) pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- (1) ripe banana
- (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- (1 tablespoon) honey (optional)
- (1/2 cups) Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- (1 tablespoon) chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (to preference)

In a blender, combine 2 cups fresh spinach leaves and 1 cup pineapple chunks.
