  • (8 oz) rotini pasta
  • (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded
  • (4 cups) romaine lettuce, chopped
  • (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • (1/4 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
  • (1/4 cups) Caesar dressing
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (1/4 tsp) salt
  • (1/4 cups) croutons (optional)

Instructions

    Cook 8 oz rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, and 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes.

    Add the cooled rotini pasta to the bowl with the chicken and vegetables.
