- (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded
- (4 cups) romaine lettuce, chopped
- (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/4 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
- (1/4 cups) Caesar dressing
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 cups) croutons (optional)

Cook 8 oz rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, and 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes.

Add the cooled rotini pasta to the bowl with the chicken and vegetables.

Pour in 1/4 cup Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt. Toss everything together until well coated.
