- (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- (2 cups) bell peppers, sliced (mix of red, yellow, and green)
- (1 cup) broccoli florets
- (1) medium onion, sliced
- (4 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1/4 cups) soy sauce
- (2 tbsp) honey
- (2 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) red pepper flakes
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1 tbsp) sesame seeds (optional)
- (2 cups) cooked rice (for serving)

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add 1 lb chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 1 medium onion and 4 cloves minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add 2 cups sliced bell peppers and 1 cup broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
