Ingredients

- (1 lb) chicken breast, sliced
- (2 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) chili powder
- (1 tsp) cumin
- (1/2 tsp) paprika
- (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) onion powder
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (1) red bell pepper, sliced
- (1) green bell pepper, sliced
- (1) yellow bell pepper, sliced
- (1) medium onion, sliced
- (4 cups) mixed greens
- (1) avocado, sliced
- (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/4 cups) cilantro, chopped
- (1) lime, juiced
- (1/4 cups) sour cream

In a bowl, combine 1 lb sliced chicken breast, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, and 1 medium onion, all sliced. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

In a large bowl, layer 4 cups of mixed greens as the base.

Top the greens with the cooked chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, 1 sliced avocado, and 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes.

Drizzle the salad with the juice of 1 lime and add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro on top.
