- (2 cups) fresh broccoli florets
- (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
- (1/2 cups) cream of mushroom soup
- (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) onion powder
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1 tbsp) olive oil
- (1/4 cups) grated Parmesan cheese

Stir in (1 cup) uncooked rice, (2 cups) vegetable broth, (1/2 cup) cream of mushroom soup, (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) onion powder, (1/4 tsp) black pepper, and (1/4 tsp) salt. Bring to a boil.
