  • (2 cups) vegetable broth
  • (2 cups) fresh broccoli florets
  • (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
  • (1/2 cups) cream of mushroom soup
  • (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
  • (1/2 tsp) onion powder
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (1/4 tsp) salt
  • (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • (1/4 cups) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    In a large pot, heat (1 tbsp) olive oil over medium heat.

    Add (2 cups) fresh broccoli florets and sauté for about 3 minutes until just tender.

    Stir in (1 cup) uncooked rice, (2 cups) vegetable broth, (1/2 cup) cream of mushroom soup, (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) onion powder, (1/4 tsp) black pepper, and (1/4 tsp) salt. Bring to a boil.
