- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) cayenne pepper (optional)

In a medium bowl, combine 1 lb shrimp, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine 2 ripe avocados (diced), 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped), and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped).

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if using).

Add the cooked shrimp to the large bowl with the avocado mixture.
