  • (1 cup) fresh spinach, chopped
  • (1/2 cups) feta cheese, crumbled
  • (1/4 cups) milk
  • (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (1/4 tsp) onion powder
  • (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
  • (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together (4) eggs and (1/4 cup) milk until well combined.

    Add (1/4 tsp) black pepper, (1/4 tsp) onion powder, and (1/4 tsp) garlic powder to the egg mixture. Mix well.

    In a non-stick skillet, heat (2 tbsp) olive oil over medium heat.

    Add (1 cup) chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
