Savory Spinach and Feta Breakfast Quiche

- (1) pre-made pie crust
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1) small onion, diced
- (2 cups) fresh spinach, chopped
- (4) large eggs
- (1 cup) milk
- (1 cup) feta cheese, crumbled
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/4 teaspoons) nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 °C).

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 small diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add 2 cups of chopped fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg until well combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt.

Spread the sautéed spinach and onions evenly over the bottom of the pre-made pie crust.
