  • (2) ripe avocados
  • (8 oz) smoked salmon
  • (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • (1/4 tsp) salt
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (1/2 tsp) red pepper flakes (optional)
  • (1/4 cups) fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
  • (1/4 cups) capers (for garnish)

Instructions

    Toast 4 slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

    While the bread is toasting, cut 2 ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
