  • (4 cups) water
  • (1 teaspoon) salt
  • (4) large eggs
  • (2) ripe avocados
  • (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • (1 teaspoon) black pepper
  • (1 teaspoon) smoked paprika
  • (1/2 cups) chopped green onions
  • (1/4 cups) crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

    In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    Add 2 cups of rolled oats and 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water. Stir well and reduce heat to low.
