  • (4) large eggs
  • (1/2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
  • (4 slices) cooked ham (or 1 cup sautéed spinach for a vegetarian option)
  • (1/4 cups) milk
  • (1/2 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1 tablespoon) butter
  • (1/4 teaspoons) garlic powder (optional)

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C).

    In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (if using).

    In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set, about 3-4 minutes.
