  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1/4 teaspoons) salt
  • (4) hamburger buns
  • (1/2 cups) coleslaw (optional)

    In a slow cooker, combine 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.

    Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks right in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce.
