  • (1 cup) almond milk
  • (1/2 cups) honey
  • (1/2 cups) mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • (1/2 cups) chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)

  • (2) large eggs
  • (1 teaspoon) baking powder
  • (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • (1/2 teaspoons) cinnamon
  • (1/4 teaspoons) salt

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C).

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

    In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup honey, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
