Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

- (1 lb) chicken breast
- (2 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) dried oregano
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) red pepper flakes
- (4) large whole wheat tortillas
- (1 cup) mixed greens
- (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/2) cucumber, sliced
- (1/4 cups) red onion, thinly sliced
- (1/2 cups) feta cheese, crumbled
- (1/4 cups) tzatziki sauce

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine 1 lb chicken breast, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Mix well to coat the chicken.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

While the chicken is resting, prepare the wraps. Lay out 4 large whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.

Slice the grilled chicken into strips and distribute evenly among the tortillas, about 1/4 lb per wrap.

Top the chicken with 1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced cucumber, 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, and 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese.

Drizzle 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce over the fillings in each wrap.

Fold the sides of the tortillas inwards and then roll them up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
