- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1) cucumber, diced
- (1/2) red onion, finely chopped
- (1/2 cups) Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- (1/4 cups) feta cheese, crumbled
- (1/4 cups) fresh parsley, chopped
- (1/4 cups) olive oil
- (2 tablespoons) red wine vinegar
- (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, with 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1 diced cucumber, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, and 1/2 cup halved Kalamata olives.
