- (1/4 cups) fresh parsley, chopped
- (1/4 cups) feta cheese, crumbled
- (1 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (4) whole wheat pita breads

In a large bowl, combine the (1) can chickpeas, (2) cups fresh spinach, (1) medium cucumber, (1) medium tomato, (1 /2) small red onion, (1 /4) cup fresh parsley, and (1 /4) cup feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together (1 tbsp) olive oil, (1 tbsp) lemon juice, (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper to create a dressing.

Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
