Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C).

In a large mixing bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth.
- 3
Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.

Remove from the oven and let the oatmeal cups cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 8
Once cooled, store the oatmeal cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve warm or cold, optionally topped with a dollop of yogurt.
