- (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
- (4) garlic cloves (minced)

- (1) zucchini (sliced)
- (1) bell pepper (sliced)
- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes
- (1/2) red onion (sliced)
- (1 tablespoon) fresh parsley (chopped)

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to create a marinade. Add 2/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Add 4 chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 °C).

On a large baking sheet, arrange 1 sliced zucchini, 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 sliced red onion. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
