  • (1 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • (1/2 cups) unsalted butter
  • (4 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1/4 cups) fresh lemon juice
  • (1) lemon, zested
  • (1/4 teaspoons) red pepper flakes
  • (1/4 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (2 tablespoons) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cooked rice or pasta, for serving

Instructions

    In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium heat.

    Add 4 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
