- (1/2 cups) unsalted butter
- (4 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1/4 cups) fresh lemon juice
- (1) lemon, zested
- (1/4 teaspoons) red pepper flakes
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (2 tablespoons) fresh parsley, chopped
- Cooked rice or pasta, for serving

In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add 4 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 lemon zested, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add 1 lb large shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
