- (2 cups) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- (2 cups) whipped cream
- (1 cup) pound cake, cubed
- (1/4 cups) powdered sugar
- (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- (1 tablespoon) lemon zest

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of whipped cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.

In a separate bowl, layer the bottom with 1/3 of the cubed pound cake (1 cup).

Spread 1/2 cup of lemon curd over the pound cake layer.

Add a layer of mixed berries (1 cup) on top of the lemon curd.
