- (2 cups) broccoli florets
- (2 cups) baby carrots
- (1) red bell pepper, sliced
- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes

In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper to create the honey mustard sauce.

Place 1 lb chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.

In a separate bowl, toss together 2 cups broccoli florets, 2 cups baby carrots, 1 red bell pepper (sliced), and 1 cup cherry tomatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
