- (1/2 cups) dried fruit (chopped, such as cranberries or apricots)
- (1/4 cups) sunflower seeds
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/2 teaspoons) cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 °C).
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (if using).
- 3
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup almond butter. Stir until melted and well combined.
- 4
Pour the honey and almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

- 9
Once cooled, cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
