- (1/2 cups) pumpkin seeds
- (1/2 cups) sunflower seeds
- (1/2 cups) honey or maple syrup
- (1/4 cups) vegetable oil
- (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
- (1 tsp) cinnamon
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1 cup) dried fruits (e.g. raisins, cranberries, apricots)

In a large mixing bowl, combine (2 cups) rolled oats, (1 cup) mixed nuts, (1/2 cup) pumpkin seeds, and (1/2 cup) sunflower seeds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together (1/2 cup) honey or maple syrup, (1/4 cup) vegetable oil, (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract, (1 tsp) cinnamon, and (1/2 tsp) salt.
