  • (1 cup) mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • (1/2 cups) pumpkin seeds
  • (1/2 cups) sunflower seeds
  • (1/2 cups) honey or maple syrup
  • (1/4 cups) vegetable oil
  • (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
  • (1 tsp) cinnamon
  • (1/2 tsp) salt
  • (1 cup) dried fruits (e.g. raisins, cranberries, apricots)

    In a large mixing bowl, combine (2 cups) rolled oats, (1 cup) mixed nuts, (1/2 cup) pumpkin seeds, and (1/2 cup) sunflower seeds.
