Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

- (1/4 cups) olive oil
- (4 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1/2 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
- (1 teaspoon) salt
- (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1 teaspoon) dried Italian herbs
- (1 tablespoon) fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220 °C).

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs. Add 2/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.

Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower.
