  • (1) medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • (1/4 cups) olive oil
  • (4 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1/2 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
  • (1 teaspoon) salt
  • (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1 teaspoon) dried Italian herbs
  • (1 tablespoon) fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220 °C).

    In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs. Add 2/4 teaspoon black pepper.

    Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.

    Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
