  • (1/2 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
  • (1 tablespoon) lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 425°F (220 °C).

  2. 2

In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of broccoli florets, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Toss until the broccoli is well coated. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the hot broccoli.

  6. 6

Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice before serving.
