Frozen Strawberry Banana Yogurt Pops in molds

  • (2 cups) strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • (2) ripe bananas, sliced
  • (1 cup) plain yogurt
  • (1/4 cups) honey
  • (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract

Instructions

    In a blender, combine 2 cups of hulled and sliced strawberries, 2 sliced ripe bananas, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

    Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

    Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

    Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

    Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

    To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.
