- (8 slices) thick-cut bread
- (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
- (1 cup) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- (1/4 cups) maple syrup

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together (4) large eggs, (1 cup) milk, (1 tsp) vanilla extract, (1 tbsp) ground cinnamon, and (1/4 cup) granulated sugar until smooth.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, letting it melt.

Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated, then place it in the skillet. Repeat with more slices as space allows.
