- (2 cups) rolled oats
- (1/2 cups) chopped walnuts
- (1/4 cups) honey
- (2) large eggs
- (1 1/2 cups) milk
- (1 packet / 0.25 oz) active dry yeast
- (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- (1 tsp) baking powder
- (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon
- (1/4 tsp) salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 °C).

In a large mixing bowl, mash the (2) ripe bananas until smooth.

Add (1/4 cup) honey, (2) large eggs, (1 1/2 cups) milk, and (1 tsp) vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and whisk until well combined.

In another bowl, mix together (2 cups) rolled oats, (1/2 cup) chopped walnuts, (1 packet / 0.25 oz) active dry yeast, (1 packet / 0.25 oz) baking powder, (1 packet / 0.25 oz) ground cinnamon, and (1 packet / 0.25 oz) salt.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed; do not over-mix.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish and smooth out the top.
