- (1/2 cups) unsalted butter
- (1 cup) heavy cream
- (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

- (1/4 cups) chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 oz fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter.

Once the butter is melted, add 1 cup heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add 2/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

Stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
