Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
Yields 8 rolls
- (1 lb) ground pork
- (2 cups) coleslaw mix
- (1) medium onion, diced
- (2 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1 tablespoon) fresh ginger, grated
- (1/4 cups) soy sauce
- (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
- (1 tablespoon) rice vinegar
- (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/4 teaspoons) red pepper flakes
- (2) green onions, sliced
- (1 tablespoon) sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.

Add 1 lb ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Stir in 1 medium onion, diced, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated, to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in 2 cups coleslaw mix, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Remove from heat and garnish with 2 green onions, sliced, and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds before serving.
