Easy Shrimp Tacos with Lime Crema

- (1 lb) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- (2 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1 tsp) chili powder
- (1/2 tsp) cumin
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (8) small corn tortillas
- (1 cup) shredded cabbage
- (1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/4 cups) fresh cilantro, chopped
- (1/2) avocado, sliced
- (1/2 cups) sour cream
- (1 tbsp) lime juice
- (1/4 tsp) garlic powder (for crema)
- (1) lime, cut into wedges

In a bowl, toss the (1 lb) shrimp with (2 tbsp) olive oil, (1 tsp) garlic powder, (1 tsp) chili powder, (1/2 tsp) cumin, and (1/4 tsp) salt until well coated.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix (1/2 cup) sour cream, (1 tbsp) lime juice, and (1/4 tsp) garlic powder to make the lime crema. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Warm the (8) corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

To assemble the tacos, place some (1 cup) shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by the cooked shrimp, (1/2 cup) cherry tomatoes, (1/4 cup) fresh cilantro, and (1/2) sliced avocado. Drizzle with lime crema and squeeze a lime wedge over the top.
