- (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- (1 tablespoon) honey (optional)
- (1/2 teaspoons) cinnamon (optional)

Preheat your oven to 175°F (80 °C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/8-inch thick rounds.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon if using.

Dip each banana slice into the lemon juice mixture to coat, then place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 to 1.5 hours, flipping the banana slices halfway through, until they are dry and crisp.
