- (4) salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- (1 lb) asparagus, trimmed
- (2) lemons, zested and juiced
- (2 tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
- (3 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1 tsp) onion powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (1/4 tsp) paprika

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200 °C).

In a small bowl, combine the (2 tbsp) fresh dill, (3 tbsp) olive oil, (1 tsp) garlic powder, (1 tsp) onion powder, (1/2 tsp) salt, (1/2 tsp) black pepper, and (1/4 tsp) paprika to create the seasoning mixture.

Place the (4) salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Squeeze the juice of (1) lemon over the salmon fillets and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly on top of each fillet.

Zest both lemons, then sprinkle the zest over the salmon.

On the same baking sheet, arrange the (1 lb) trimmed asparagus around the salmon. Drizzle with (1 tbsp) olive oil and season with (1/4 tsp) salt and (1/4 tsp) black pepper.
