- (1 cup) breadcrumbs
- (1/2 cups) grated Parmesan cheese
- (2 cups) marinara sauce
- (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- (4) large eggs
- (2 tsp) Italian seasoning
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (2 lb) broccoli florets
- (4 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tsp) salt
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (1/2 tsp) crushed red pepper (optional)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200 °C).

In a shallow bowl, beat the (4) large eggs; set aside.

In another bowl, mix together (1 cup) breadcrumbs, (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese, (2 tsp) Italian seasoning, (1 tsp) garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

Dip each (4) chicken breasts into the egg mixture, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread (2 lb) broccoli florets on the same baking sheet, drizzle with (4 tbsp) olive oil, and season with (1 tsp) salt and (1/2 tsp) black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the chicken and broccoli in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the chicken is crispy and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75 °C).
