In a large bowl, toss the (8) chicken drumsticks with (2 tbsp) olive oil, (1 tbsp) garlic powder, (1 tsp) paprika, (1 tsp) onion powder, (1 tsp) dried thyme, (1/2 tsp) black pepper, and (1 tsp) salt until evenly coated.

Arrange the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.

In another bowl, combine the (4) medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges, with (2 tbsp) olive oil, (1 tbsp) minced garlic, (1 tsp) salt, and (1/2 tsp) black pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes well.
