Ingredients
Yields 4 servings
- (1) head cauliflower
- (1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- (1/2 cups) water
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) onion powder
- (1/4 teaspoons) smoked paprika
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/2 cups) buffalo sauce
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (1 tablespoon) chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Remove the leaves from the (1) head cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
In a mixing bowl, combine (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour, (1/2 cup) water, (1/2 teaspoon) garlic powder, (1/2 teaspoon) onion powder, (1/4 teaspoon) smoked paprika, (1/4 teaspoon) salt, and (1/4 teaspoon) black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- 4
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess batter drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is crispy.
- 6
While the cauliflower is baking, mix (1/2 cup) buffalo sauce with (2 tablespoons) olive oil in a bowl to create a sauce mixture.
- 7
After 25 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the florets, tossing gently to coat them evenly.
- 8
Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are crisp and golden brown.
- 9
Once baked, transfer the cauliflower bites to a serving platter and garnish with (1 tablespoon) chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot!
