  • (4) chicken thighs, skin-on
  • (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
  • (1 tablespoon) lemon zest
  • (4) garlic cloves, minced
  • (1 teaspoon) salt
  • (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1/2 teaspoons) paprika
  • (1) bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • (1 teaspoon) dried thyme

    In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Add 2/4 teaspoon black pepper and 2/4 teaspoon paprika.

    Add 4 chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

    While the chicken is marinating, prepare the asparagus by trimming the ends and placing them in a separate bowl.

    Drizzle the asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dried thyme, and toss to coat evenly.
