  • (8 ounces) fettuccine pasta
  • (2 tablespoons) olive oil
  • (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • (4 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1 cup) heavy cream
  • (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • (1 teaspoon) Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

    Cook 8 ounces fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
