Ingredients

- (8 ounces) fettuccine pasta
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- (4 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1 cup) heavy cream
- (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- (1 teaspoon) Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Cook 8 ounces fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.

Add 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add Salt to taste.

Add 4 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and stir to combine with the chicken and garlic.
